Help! I need ideas! David has invited a bunch...of friends to his farewell. Between them and this wonderful family that come to support us I need idea's of something to serve after! Any ideas?
cafe rio burritos, rice and salad-- if you have a food processor the cutting goes really fast. You can get the tortillas from costco (fresh, you can just heat them/cook them in the oven while people are in line filling their plates with the cilantro lime rice and other stuff). You can do most of the work beforehand. We had about 30 people for Carmen's blessing and I doubled the recipe-- get the pork tenderloins from costco also-- my recipe rocks, it's on our family recipe site.
